Yes surgery can be done but it not advisable for you to undergo surgery since your face will change shape as you will age. It might get slim on its own.

If the stiches are still on and did not got removed. There might be possiblity of just skin streching. While keeping sutures. It might get corrected after suture removal. But if they are already removed before. It will remain same. It can be corrected by some plastic surgery.
