You might be having fatty liver. First tell your direct serum bilirubinand also alkaline phosphatase.

Please check usg abdomen especially liver and cbd
blood serum alkaline phosphatase to rule out any obstruction
as pale stool means bile is not mixing properly.
You can consult gastrologist also.

There is no medicine as of now available to increase synovial fluid in knees. You may have to take vissco supplementation injections in the knees for the same.
