ORAL candidiasis means is that person infected with hiv. Because after 15 days of sexual intercourse some white colour rounds develop on my times still I have it I took hiv test HIV DNA PCR after 30 days and HIV antibody test after 3rd 4th 5th 6th month of exposer month I took Western blot test all are negative but I have hiv related symptom rashes and some enlarge lymph nodes on my neck and 2 days samuch pain so my question is 1) oral Candidiasis mean that person HIV? 2) oral Candidiasis and oral hairy leukoplakia is both are same in fractions? 3) if both are different is there any test to know about oral hairy leukoplakia please advise me the test name 4) I am I still infected with HIV? Please advise me sir.

Hi doctor 8 months back ago I had unprotected sex so after 15 days of my sexual explosion oral thrust was developed so I went for HIV 1 DNA PCR that is negative after 5th month of my sexual explosion some body rashes was developed and today's the area and still has oral Candidiasis and hairy leukoplakia HIV Western blot test and HIV Elisa test and HIV Western blot test but the all the tests are negative but I have oral hairy leukoplakia and I lost 5 kgs white so 7th month I had again Western blot test that is also negative and HIV combo test that is also negative so 8 month I had HIV 1 DNA PCR that is not detected and my cd4 count 1012 but I have oral infection oral hairy leukoplakia and oral trust and my tonsils little bit swollen but HIV tests are negative I am sure that I am infected with HIV but the test why the tests are not showing my HIV infection is there any test that can find my HIV infection after 8 month of sexual exposure? So please help me doctor.

I am 27 years old male. I left smoking 2.5 years back from now after consultation with doctor (suggested as it is leukoplakia). I had a single white patch in my mouth near the lips at left side, that white patch gone but on other side other patch came and turned into light black (over all duration 2.5 years). I left spices and every tobacco habits and added healthy food and better routine. I want to know how much time will it take to become everything normal.

Hi, I have small patch of leukoplakia left cheek due to dip tobacco. I quit dip tobacco before 2 -1/2 years. But always feeling burning sensation in mouth. Already biopsy doing but negative. Not open mouth full. Only 1.8 cm opening. I advised by dentist surgeon he said kenokart. Onitmeny apply and take fibro tab two times. Please advised me what I do for mouth p Opening and small white patch. Thank you.

I have multiple white patches in my inner cheeks (mouth ) since last 24 days. This pin head multiple patches is painless and not irritating me. Sir I am non tobacco user. I never had used tobacco. Can this is leukoplakia as I read in internet or else please help. 24 days ago I travel with an ambulance in which a dead body of my frds father is present. My frrds father is having mouth cancer and got dead is this contagious. Help.

Cancer is not contagious. It might be the impression of biting line of teeth, which is very normal. You should visit a dentist.

If you quit khaini 100% then the treatment will work and all leucoplakias do not convert into cancer. But risk will be for life long. So to reduce risk you must be on medications and observation by an oral medicine/ oral pathologist/ oral surgeon specialists for at least 3-5 years from now. If the problem subsides, your problem can be assumed to be on lesser and lesser risk.

Hi, I been using chewing tobacco for a couple of weeks now, after which I noticed white areas in my mouth. I realized that I might have leukoplakia, I stopped using tobacco but it continues to remain the same in my mouth. The areas affected are my lower gums and under my tongue. In fact it hurts slightly every time I move my tongue to reach the other ends of my mouth. I Increased my vitamin c and iron intake, as well have been using salt water rinses. How long will it take for everything to clear up.

I am 26. I have oral thrush, leukoplakia of both side of tongue 8 months now. I have vagina thrush 3.5 years. That all of these symptoms don't cure with fluconazole and itraconazole. When I see these I test HIV 1, 2Agp24/Ab that is negative 0.35. And WBC: 9850. Please say me is possible my immune system suppress by HIV and my test false negative? Have I HIV? Need I PCR test? According to test ,are these symptoms that now I have result of HIV? Are these symptoms for HIV?
