Hi. First and foremost thing you have to do is to quit your habit of tobacco. Monitor the size and growth of the patch. Surgery is the last option. Eat a rich diet with green fruits and vegetables. Add retinoids in your diet.

I am sorry to hear about your concern but will be happy to assist you.
Even if patches are surgically removed, an examination every six to 12 months is recommended, because leukoplakia frequently returns. Treatment sites that remain free of abnormalities for three years may not need to be observed any more.

Osmf is a pre-malignant disease which has the potential to become cancerous. To avoid converting the disease into cancer, it is important that the patient gets treatment, stops consumption of tobacco and follows all the instructions of the doctor.

Helloi. It's great that you feel better now. You can discontinue the cream now. But you have to make sure that if you have had any habits before then you have to discontinue them. Otherwise, it may reoccur.
Also you can continue with a mouthrinse. Rx
- oralrinse coolora (you can gargle twice daily)

You're likely to start by seeing your dentist or primary care professional. However, you may be referred to an oral surgeon or an ear, nose and throat (ent) specialist for diagnosis and treatment.
