I am undergoing treatment for ankylosis spondylitis and taking cervilon, lumbatone tablet twice a day, along with that I am taking dhanwanthram 101 drop and anu thailam drop, but still I am suffering from severe headache and neck/shoulder pain at least 5 times in a month and I had to take allopathy pain killer for headache. Kindly assist if there is some other medicine for headache. I had also undergone 18 days of complete ayurvedic treatment for ankylosis spondylitis.

Don't worry hcq is not known to cause severe psychological problems. However drug interactions with other medications can be causing problems. I would like to know the list of medications she is taking, how well controlled her ankylosing spondylitis is and her present complaints to help you better.

increasing weight will worsen your condition. take healthy food. You can start Vitamin and mineral supplement in addition. avoid non veg, take more of liquids and healthy veggies. swimming, suryanamaskar are best exercises

I am diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis in 2013. I had right total hip replacement on 4-mar-2020 in mumbai railway hospital, discharged from hospital on 18-mar-2020, returned to ratlam (m.p.) next day. On 21-mar-2020 my right knee started swelling & soon after 8-10 days left knee also started swelling. I have pain sensation on lowest bone of both rib guage occasionally and neck & back pain. Can't visit mumbai due to covid-19. What do you suggest? Can I take prednisolone 5 mg for a week? It proven effective previously, not taken it since a long time. Prescribed meds: saaz 1gm bd etoricoxib 90 mg for pain (not working much). Non-prescribed meds: vitamin-c (orange tabs)

Your condition is clear to me. After thr need physiotherapy. If it's not done then your problem like pain, swelling is not decrease as movement are not be able to achieve. How would a diagnosis of both a benign pituitary tumor (microadenoma) and arrhythmia generally affect life expectancy and general health in the future for a 25 year old female? Of course this will depend very much on the specifics of each case, but should you in the average case expect to be able to live a full normal life? My understanding is that both conditions generally can be treated quite well separately, but is this no longer the case when being diagnosed with both simultaneously?
