I missed my fifth dose (day 28th) of rabies vaccine and 10 days passed can I give that now? Is it good to take 5 doses or 4 dose is enough?

Take the last dose as soon as possible.
If you know the dog, observe it (if it's okay or sick or dead)

Dear five doses (each 1 ml ampoule of 2.5 iu) rabies vaccine on days 0,3,7,14 and 30 days. It is given in low risk
in high risk patients five dosages + hrig (with in 7 days of starting the course of vaccination.

I’m already getting the anti rabies vaccination, & have finished 0,3 & 7 days one… i’m only left with the 28th day one but in between this, i’ve got a minor nail scratch from another street dog? What should I do? Do I have to repeat the entire course or just taking my 4th vaccine will be enough, i’ve thoroughly watched the scratch, it is barely visible but still it looks a little red, so didn’t take the risk of not washing. Please let me know.

Actually the schedule is 0 3 7 14 and 28 which includes 5 doses
if it is a minor nail scratch you need not worry about it and just continue with your scheduled dose of arv
just wash it properly with soap and water and you need not worry about it if any other queries you can call or whatsapp me at mobile.

I was bitten by a 3 months old puppy no anti rabies vaccine last may 6 so I took a 2 doses of booster may 7 and may 10, 2023 then the puppy died on may 12 we do not know what is the cause of death then the next day may 13 the sibling of our puppy the one who bite me and died last may 12 was bitten me in my finger but there is no blood it just a teeth marking and now may 26 I am worried about rabies and my question is do I still need to have a booster vaccine even though I have already have booster vaccine last may 7 and may 10, 2023? The puppy is alive and aside from that I also have took booster last march 3 and 6 2023, april 2 and 5 2023 and my last booster is this month of may 7 and 10 2023.

Your history seems confusing.

As a general rule. If you have taken full vaccination once. Then after another bite. 2 boosters are enough.

This year, due to a small cat scratch, I took four doses (0,3,7,28) of arv (from a government hospital), and the last dose I got was on 02/07/2022. After three months, maybe a dog could touch my food, and I ate that food. At that time, a small wound was in my mouth. The doctor told me to take four doses of arv ((from a government hospital)) the last dose I got was on 28/10/2022. After that, I am very afraid of rabies. At that time, I contacted a doctor, and she told me I could get the booster dose after six months and a year for extra safety. I took a booster dose on 06/05/2023, and i'll take another one after six months. But today (24/05/2023), in my can note, I kept my food on the table, went for hand washes, and shaw one dog around my food. The dog may or may not be can touch the foods that I eat. The mouth skin on my isn't tight, sometimes it's bleeding when I do toothbrushes, and today it also happened. What should I do for my safety? Do I need the rabies vaccine again? Or my remaining booster dose, which I will complete after six months, will it keep me completely safe?

Hello
no need to worry as you completed the arv vaccine before 3 months. You are completely safe. If you have so much doubt about whether the dog touched the food or not, don't eat that food for your own safety.

I am 46 year male. Have been suffering from gastroenteritis for the past 48 hours (my six year old was the first in the house to be infected followed by my wife and then me). For me - vomiting followed by diarrhea. Both have now stopped. However my stools have been pale yellow since then. Is this normal?

Pale. Yellow stools are due to malabsorption.
Take soft diet like porridge for few days and allow intenstine to slowly regain its function to full

It will not give any additional protection.
Any one of them is sufficient.
Both routes may give additional side effects like redness pain and fever.
But it will still protect you. It does not reduce effect also.

Both routes are equally protective.
Using both routes will not give you enhanced protection.
It may even increase risk of vaccine reaction like redness, swelling ,fever, flu like illness

Will slightly reduce protection time and efficiency.
No effect on current bite though just be careful. Don't get bitten in future and if you do, take booster dose on time.
