Dear five doses (each 1 ml ampoule of 2.5 iu) rabies vaccine on days 0,3,7,14 and 30 days. It is given in low risk
in high risk patients five dosages + hrig (with in 7 days of starting the course of vaccination.

Actually the schedule is 0 3 7 14 and 28 which includes 5 doses
if it is a minor nail scratch you need not worry about it and just continue with your scheduled dose of arv
just wash it properly with soap and water and you need not worry about it if any other queries you can call or whatsapp me at mobile.

Take soft diet like porridge for few days and allow intenstine to slowly regain its function to full

It will not give any additional protection.
Any one of them is sufficient.
Both routes may give additional side effects like redness pain and fever.
But it will still protect you. It does not reduce effect also.

Both routes are equally protective.
Using both routes will not give you enhanced protection.
It may even increase risk of vaccine reaction like redness, swelling ,fever, flu like illness

Will slightly reduce protection time and efficiency.
No effect on current bite though just be careful. Don't get bitten in future and if you do, take booster dose on time.

Contact of saliva of animal with broken skin is a high risk factor.
If wound is active bleeding then you should get rabies vaccine + immunoglobulin.+ tetanus vaccine as well if not vaccinated in last 10 years.
If wound is not actively bleeding or you were previously vaccinated for rabies with full course, you only need 2 booster doses and no immunoglobulin.
