no need to worry as you completed the arv vaccine before 3 months. You are completely safe. If you have so much doubt about whether the dog touched the food or not, don't eat that food for your own safety.

No effect on current bite though just be careful. Don't get bitten in future and if you do, take booster dose on time.

Contact of saliva of animal with broken skin is a high risk factor.
If wound is active bleeding then you should get rabies vaccine + immunoglobulin.+ tetanus vaccine as well if not vaccinated in last 10 years.
If wound is not actively bleeding or you were previously vaccinated for rabies with full course, you only need 2 booster doses and no immunoglobulin.

Immunoglobulin do effect generation of antibodies. And they are costly.
But antibody formation takes time. Till then immunoglobulin are usually not much remaining so they do not affect it majorly.
And you were right you didn't need immunoglobulin in your case.
