You can have 2-2.5 litre of water in a day. For Hydration you can have 1 glass buttermilk/coconut water/1 glass lemon water. You can also have infused water of cucumber, lemon, mint and small ginger in it. You can also take sattu dissolve in water. Try to include watermelon and muskmelon in summer
