Body gains weight due to different reasons like improper digestion, acidity, constipation, side-effects of some medicine, low physical activity.

Lemon contains citric acid which decreases the acidity of urine; this prevents the formation of calcium oxalate and uric acid stones. Lemon juice helps break up kidney stones and dissolves them so they can pass easily from the Kidney to the bladder through urination. You can have 2-2.5 litre of water in a day. For Hydration you can have 1 glass buttermilk/coconut water/1 glass lemon water. You can also have infused water of cucumber, lemon, mint and small ginger in it. You can also take sattu dissolve in water. Try to include watermelon and muskmelon in summer

When you get up in the morning try to drink 2 glasses of water on empty stomach.
After 10mins eat an apple and 5 almonds soaked overnight, then go for exercise.
After exercise take lukewarm lemon water or green tea.

You can take lemon and honey in warm water at morning time or you can eat a ginger and 5 leaves of mint with warm water.
Or
take 1 glass lukewarm water with half spoon methidana powder in the morning. Or take 1glass lukewarm water with half spoon cinnamon powder and honey.

Natural energy drinks are aplenty in india. Sugarcane juice, shikanji made of lemon, sugar, salt; juices of fruits. Moreover lassi/ chhachh. Neeri - khajoor tree sap is also wonderful natural energy drink.

Taking spicy drink in the morning does not make any sense. Instead take lemon honey, then drink 2 glasses of plain water, eat a banana and head for gym. Drink again water, eat breakfast after gym. Never drink fruit juice, but eat equivalent fruits. Take heavy carbohydrates in breakfast, light lunch and high protein but light dinner.
