Stand about two feet away from a wall. Place the ball of your right foot against the wall while your heel remains on the ground. Slowly and gently lean into the wall while keeping your knee straight. Hold this for the 10 sec with repetition of 3 times.

Please get an mri scan done for your right leg. Any kind of injuries to ligaments or soft tissue can be detected only in mri. Once the problem is diagnosed suitable treatment can be given. From what you describe it seems like a tissue injury and it would not be advisable to take any therapy without identifying the cause as it might aggravate the injury.

If you have le g pain then you have to rule out the causes for having leg pain. First of all check your weight and your haemoglobin levels, as anaemia always leads to the symptoms of being tired and also having leg pain though there are no issues with the knee joint or back pain. If not if the pain radiates down the back of thigh and legs then it might be due to sciatica. Kindly consult the nearby physiotherapist. Hope you recover soon from the leg pain.
