Hi, my question is for urologist or sexologist, im 25 and penis is twisted to left side and is less than 90 degrees angle since birth, I do not have any kind of pain or anything but the thing is my penis is not growing im 25 y and condom is still loose and flaccid penis seems like 6 year old kid.
