Dear , you are correct. Quitting tobacco is not an easytask. You need mental strength to so that. There are medicines available to manage your tobacco craving but first, you should stop smoking. You may approach psychologist for help in de0addiction therapy or treatment. Take care.

Dear user. I can understand. Tobacco is addictive. Cigarette also contains 4000+ carcinogenic chemicals other than nicotine. Smoking can affect your mouth, throat, lungs, heart, stomach and brain in many ways. Cancer is one among the potential diseases smoking can cause. Hello,Smoking is injurious to health. Smoking can have serious effects on your life. The longer you smoke, the more damage you do to your body.If you want to quit smoking then take the below treatment:- take tabacum 200, 5 drops once in a week and arnica 30 ch, 5 drops once daily.Daphne indica 1x, 2 tabs twice daily.

Dear . Smoking is addictive as well as dangerous. Cigerette or beedi contains more than 4000 cancer causing chemicals in it. Even a single cigerette can increase the risk of cancer, heart attack, stroke, brain problems, throat problems and lung disorders. The best option to leave smoking is to have better will power.
