Asked for female, 26 years old from Vijayawada

My typhoid ranges 1: 80 h and o I use medicines cefixime and ofloxacin and paracetamol extended release then I use this medicines I feel very tired and head heaviness and weakness please suggest can I use this and what I do next.

Weakness is due to typhoid only. U shud start taking ors and multi-vitamins. Rest you are using the right medications.

Please, ok I want to ask question I sick for last 2 weeks I treated typhoid and malaria with the following drugs - 3 cipro infusion - ceftriezole 4val - pcm (6) this week I observe I was still having same symptoms like been having chest pain, joint pains, feeling fatigue and dizziness please what can I do talk to I need an advice. The typhoid drugs was. Malaria parasite: 1+ ao, bo,do, bh,ch, ah:160 co, dh:80.

you need to reconsult to your treating doctor. some times inj requirement is more than five days. ok.
lariago ds two per two weeks with milk for ,three to six weeks.
supradyne one at night for two weeks.

5 day before after smoking and drink in party. I had viral so I took antiviral injection and antibiotics for 6 days medicine nearby clinic doctor. Now no fever, no chills no headache, no body pain, no dizziness but my I am getting blood in cough only every early morning first coughing and after that no blood in cough entire day clean white thick mucus it's happening from last 3 days. No chest pain no breathing issues but blood with white cough / rusted colour mucus only early morning first coughing after that whole day no matter how hard I try to cough but no blood only white mucus. Happening from last 3 days early morning after wakeup when I cough I get blood with cough only just first time coughing after that no blood in cough no pain nothing.

Advice
sputum test complete n microscopic+ zeil nelson stain for afb.
As such not a serious problem but to rule out anything go for test.
Blood is due to rupture of fine thin capillaries on mucosa.

1.give plenty of fluids – water, milk, tea, narialpani, nibupani, soups with soft diet like dalia, khichri.2.observestrict personal hygiene. Specially handwashing.
3.Feces and urine must be disposed properly
4.take complete rest – with some activity in between
