Amblyopia is decreased vision in one or both eyes due to abnormal development of vision in infancy or childhood. It may be normal.But if you want you can check with an eye doctor (as a routine checkup). You can regulate your sleep and overall energy level by starting to exercise everyday. You can also learn Yoga ( including pranayam and meditation ) as it will rejuvenate the whole body and mind.

Inncase of cylinderical power in both eyes. I would recommend constant use of glasses
There is no diet or Medicine to cure this
If vision in both eyes is equal then there is nothing required except for Glasses
If vision is dissimilar in both eyes then she would require patching therapy along with Glasses.

It usually remains about the same...
Their will be no visual improvement in lazy eye.
The squinting may however be operated to straighten the deviation to cosmetically acceptable level. However, in some cases, a deviation may reappear at some point of time in future...which direction n amount and when it will happen can't be predicated.
