Hello lybrate-user. There are some very good exercises for the extra occular muscles. Like moving the eyeball to the opposite sides one by one. And then in round motion. Etc.
It helps.
Also start pranayama. Which helps to regular the body functions.
Also take homoeopathic treatment which specifically acts on nerves like spigelia, agaricus, nux vomica. But it has to match the case well.

Maximum power in either eyes can be due to genetic factors or any eye disease which needs to be evaluated after clinical examination and as of now if amblyopia is diagnosed than we also doing patch therapy.
