Cost depends on type of lasik
It may range from 28k for microkeratome lasik to 70k for Bladeless lasik

LASIK is best for people above age of 18 year if the refraction is stable. You need to get cornea examinations (pentacam) done before you decide anything.

But it is not a permanent solution... and there are chances of recurrence in future.... means you can have numbers again..
so it is your decision to do it or not....
