If you are getting active pimples, get it treated first, as new pimples will leave behind more scars. After the active acne has settled, we can think about treating the scars and marks. That would be the ideal way forward.

About 1 ml to be applied twice daily on the bald areas of scalp and you should scrub well after application so that it will be absorbed through scalp hair. Take care of dandroff by applying antidandroff shampoo like Logidruff sampoo twice weekly. Hello Dr. I have ice pick scars and boxcar scars on my face like nose, cheeks, chin, and forehead and my skin is very sensitive, I am afraid of using creams and laser treatments. So instead of taking laser, fractional/fraxel laser, fractional co2, TCA chemical peeling, IPL treatment can I go for microneedling/dermapen or can I use dermaroller for ice pick scars and boxcar scars? Will needling and dermaroller helps in preventing scars? Will scars do completely disappear and do they produce new collagen and improve skin texture? And if I go with needling/derma roller what kind of cream do I need to apply after I use roller or needling? Will they have any side effects? If you advice me to go with needling/derma roller, suggest me best dermaroller? And please help me and suggest the best treatment process. Thank you.
