Normally the number gets stabilise after 18 years. If it has not stabilise after that, it can be progressive myopia or keratoconus. No major role of food or any exercise has been established in stabilising the number or improving vision. Kindly consult ophthalmologist to rule out keratoconus. If you want to remove spectacles, you can consider laser surgery.

As miracle suggested give him plenty of fluids. Babies tend to dehydrate faster than adults as their weight is lesser than us. So give him chawal/dal/sabudana ka paani. And arrowroot is the best for dehydration. If he vomits also than it means some infection is there, ask every doctor first to give natural remedies, medicines given to babies are not a good option until the problem is critical.
