Dear lybrate user apply pure coconut oil daily before sleeping ,avoid facewash and creams use gram fluor and turmeric instead ,scrub your face with ragi fluor and chiku fruit once a week ,eat more vegetables and whole fruits ,drink plenty of water ,since acne is a chronic problem just not related to skin only you still need an internal medicinal treatment for cure

Hello
Thanks for the query.
Dermaroller is the best treatment for acne scars.
I have experience with LASERS as well as dermaroller.
Patients treated with Dermaroller get better response with first session itself
You can go ahead with it.
Let me know if you have any other doubts.
Also avoid sun exposure on face or use sunscreen. Taking vitamin E and C supplements, drinking more plain water also helps in regeneration of skin faster.

Medicines will stop further hair growth but laser will help in reducing the present growth. Also medicines you can not take for bery long as they have side effects. Laser is comparatively safer.

Wait for few more months .the scar mark will fade slowly on it's own. Do not go for laser. Let it fade away naturally with time. Some residual mark may be permanent.
