U can go for contact lens use. Eat grenn veggies. Froots like carrorts etc. Drink plenty of water. Give your eyes adequate rest between work. Blink voluntarily in between proplonged periods of work.

Earlier stages of varicose veins are treated by wearing stockings, sleeping with legs elevated and sclerotherapy (injection of sclerosing agents in the veins ).
Advanced stages are treated by destruction of defective valves in the veins or surgical removal of veins.
