Changing lifestyles and home remedies are not enough to comfort painful hemorrhoids or piles. When someone has crossed years of discomfort, surgery is the only option to treat the piles. Even surgery is also available in two options traditional methods like open haemorrhoidectomy and new advanced modalities like laser treatment.

Laser is less invasive but the problem of recurrence is real.
With plastic surgery its invasive. But the solution is long term
So final decision is yours.
As such you shall get acceptable results by both means.

Dear lybrate-user:-
as per your complaints, you r suffering from simple myopia of -1.0d.
Surely laser surgery is better options than speck because we get rid of glasses after surgery.
Laser surgery should be advised in myopia of high diaptor {>3 or4 to -20.0d}. Lasik laser surgery corrected vision may be approximate to recquired full correction. Any surgery may have its own complication also.
