Surgery is not a right choice for pilonidal sinus (open surgery/ laser surgery/ z-plasty etc.) for the reason of recurrence of pilonidal sinus after surgery. However pilonidal sinus can be conveniently treated by graded ksharsutra treatment. No hospitalization or bed rest is required in this treatment. You can continue your normal routine activities as usual during this treatment. For further support you may call reception at sushruta ano rectal institute.

Hello. Definitely it can be removed. However the mode of removal has to be decided on the size, position and the depth of the tattoo, for which I would like you to get it examined first. It can be removed by either, Excision or laser therapy etc, all which has their own pros and cons. Less likely, that any of the oils can remove the permanent tattoos. These you can discuss accordingly on contacting.
