Laser fistula surgery is a procedure to treat anal fistula. An anal fistula is a tunnel-like structure which forms at the intersection of the anus and the bowel. It forms if the anus is infected, which results in pus accumulating in the surrounding tissues.

Once the pus is drained, a channel remains. Fistulas can result in very unpleasant symptoms skin irritation and discomfort. This condition also doesn t resolve on its own so surgery is recommended.

Piles are swellings that occur inside or around the anus. The other name for Piles is Hemorrhoids. They are a group of inflamed tissues in the anal canal. Fissure is treatable. Try to avoid all the maida, oily, fried and spicy food in your diet. Include lot of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. Avoid non veg in your food and try you don’t have constipation.

Botox is the best. Surgery is fool proof and permanent. Ksharsutra has no role in fissure (it is meant for fistula).

Hello lybrate-user, I have replied to you at length in the other question by u.i will suggest you to use other ointment like anorelief or escot or fidonal to be applied with finger, inside the anus, before going to pass stool. I hope this to be helpful.
