Providac is good bacteria which is usually prescribed in diarrhea of varied causes. No harm in using in pancreatitis patients. Since how many days are you having this diarrhea. If you are a chronic pancreatitis patient, it could be due to fat malabsorption. Treatment for diarrhea depends on the cause.

According to your cect abdomen report, you have chronic pancreatitis. It's good that you have stopped smoking and alcohol. You also should stop chewing tobacco, as it will further damage your pancreas. If you are not having pain in abdomen, no medication required now. Complications are may get acute attack of pain, or continuous pain abdomen, steatorrhea that is passage of oily, froathy stools after taking oily food, diabetes seen in few patients depending on severity.
