I had laparoscopy on 13th Nov. I had three stitches which were removed after 10 days. Today I observe my naval and saw a black thread coming from there. Kya mere stitches dang se remove Nahi Kiye gye? What should I do now? Will this thread affect my chance of conceiving?

Usually absorbable sutures are not needed to be removed as it automatically falls. Sometimes there can be delayed fall of the sutures. It would be better to see the doctor.

You probably have developed perianal fistula. Get examined by a surgeon to assess the urgent need for the drainage. In case it dries out MRI of the region may help to assess the tracks and their locations vis a vis anal as sphincter. High fistula may need Seton insertion while low fistula may require surgery.

I am a married women. 1 year of marriage life still I didn't get pregnant. So I consulted the gynecologist she said took a scan. After took the scan she said have pcod (before period). But after mensuration didn't seen any cyst on my ovary. After that taking HSG test. The gynecologist told your fallopian tubes are not visible in the x-ray and 2 times no spill can be happened. Now advised to laparoscopy. I am so confused this is really true or not. Any side affect for doing laparoscopy. This surgery was necessary for me or not.

Yes laparoscopy will confirm the diagnosis of tubal blockage as well as corrective surgery for tubal blockade can be tried. But if the tubes and=re blocked on both sides and surgical correction cannot be done, then you will need IVF for conceiving.

I went through laparoscopy on 13 th of sep for removal of ectopic pregnancy .a week later me and my husband dry humped .though I was wearing underwear and a sanitary pad he was naked. Next day I took I pill within 24 hrs. Is there any chance of pregnancy to occur.

Second thing if you don't want pregnancy then use condoms...

You should first go for laparoscopically cystectomy. Chocolate cyst is at times associated with adhesions between uterus ,tubes and ovaries. If adhesions present they can be removed (adhesolysis) during laparoscopy.
