Hello doctor, recently I have undergone ovarian cystectomy (chocolate cysts in both ovaries) laparoscopy, after discharge im feeling severe pain in lower abdomen with an interval of 2-3 days, I have consulted my surgeon and she suggested to take abdomen scan I have taken abdomen scan, reports are good ovaries size are normal but i'm feeling very sharp pain in lower abdomen. Doctors are saying that the pain is due to pegulu (intestine) is sensitive due to surgery and suggesting meftal spas to get relief from the pain but it is not working ,pain is lasting for 10 hours, yesterday pain started at 4 am and I took mefenamic acid and drotaverine combination at 6: 30 am but pain reduced after 1 pm no one is giving me correct suggestion please help me.

Am 19 years old. I do not have enough blood in my body. I will not eat much or eont drink much water. I am 30 kgs. 4 months ago I had ovarian cyst surgery. Doctor suggested laparoscopic but the cyst leads to major surgery. When I walk too much or sit for too long and shouting I am still having dull pains near my stitches. Someone said for anyone it will take 3 months to cure but for me because of my weakness tis going to take 5 months is it frue? Will I be alright.

No harm in getting the thought and becoming wet due to the stimulation. its absolutely normal to a women of your age to be having the thoughts and the release of the secretion. On 9th Aug I had dermoid cyst torsion due to which my right ovary and fallopian tube was removed. The left ovary was left intact but dermoid cyst was removed from that as well. Following this on 17th Aug I was given Deviry, 2 tablets for 5 days. It is 30th Aug today and still no sign of periods. My doctor says it will come but I am really worried. Is it normal to have delayed periods after a laparoscopic surgery? She also said that there is sufficient ovarian tissue.

Hello doctors, I am 34 years. Last year in Sept 2017 I was diagnosed with bilateral ovarian cyst (endometriosis) for which my doctor gave some medicine like Endofine and Dino first (dienogest) And after that I went for laparoscopic surgery and got the cysts removed. After which doctor prescribed to take digest for 3 months. Now after completion of 3 months I have stopped taking digest. It has been 15-16 days my periods have not started yet. When will it began. Please answer as I am very tensed.

I'm 24 years old girl unmarried. I had laparoscopic for 9 cm chocolate ovarian cyst 6 months before. What the best medicine for endometriosis. Norethisterone or femilon or other. But I need tablet only not injection. I do not recommend dinofirst 2 mg. Because of i'm using this tablet 2 per day (6 months) but no use. Bleeding is continuing. I searching for good tablet. Please tell me why doctor didn't prescribed me norethisterone. Tell me the original reason please and best tablet. I need allopathy.

Norethisterone has andogenic properties and is not prescribed on a very long term basis ..
You can try a new oral hormonal pills containing both dienogest and ethinyl estradiol..Hope it will be useful..
