What does the colposcopy report say? if the report is not showing any malignant changes, your wife can be treated by cryotherapy. In this the lesion is freezed by an instrument & the patient becomes alright in due course of time.

yes it is osteoporosis n it is due to hysterectomy and hormone replacement therapy should be taken which includes both estrogen and progesterone along with calcium tablets

There are two options. 1) myomectomy-i. E. Only the removal of fibroid. 2) hysteresctomy - which is preferable as fibroids have tendency to recurr. You should definitely go for hysterectomy. If any further guidance is needed then feel free to contact. Facebook. Com/gynocare.

where are you from? Have not consulted your gynecologist yet? You are a diabetic and now menopausal. Most certainly you must be having vaginal and/or urinary infection. Get a urine routine and culture exam done from a pathology lab. Are your sugars well controlled? Check your blood sugar and Haemoglbin A1C also and tell us.

eat small but frequent meals.
Avoid long gaps in between meals.
Avoid junk as far as possible.
Exercise at least 4 times a week.
Lastly be committed.
Remember it's a lifestyle change and not a one time thing. It's a balanced intake that will last you longer.
All the so called diets will only give you muscle and bone loss. The fats will remain as it is.
So, try to first follow this seemingly simple tips. I am sure it will at least help you with initial fat loss.
