No. There is no way to expel gall bladder stones (unlike case of kidney stones). So gall stones if they r not creating problem, you can wait. But do follow annual checkups. U can take homeopathy to manage symptoms. But if they r causing problem, its better to remove them.

The gall bladder has to be removed. It can be done safely by laparoscopy and she will be back to normal within a week.
