There are no proven allopathy medications for gallstones. If you are symptomatic due to gall stones then laparoscopic cholecystectomy is the recommended treatment. Medication do not resolve the stones. Secondly the gall bladder itself is thought to be diseased leading to formation of gall stones hence gallbladder should be removed. Not aware of homeopathic treatments **For complete evaluation and treatment, Kindly visit the doctor in person with all available reports.

Dear patient,
greetings from lybrate! the stone would have possibly migrated from the gallbladder to the common bile duct. The gall bladder was removed but because of the size the stone could not pass all the way to the duodenum and has stuck in there. Hence ercp is the only way out for this. This is a very common occurrence and not to worry. If sphincterotomy is done with ercp then it will not happened again. I hope this helps.
