Age 30, weight 80 kg, unmarried. In 2017, I noticed that my testicle size is small so I had medical checkup and in that I got to know I have azoospermia. One of my testicle is 9 cc and other is 10 cc. My serum testosterone was around 250 ng/ml (300 to 900. My lh and fsh both were normal and also prolactin was also normal. Semen fructose was present. I had history of excessive masturbation since the age of 16, I used to do 5.6 times a day upto age of 21. I had semen analysis 3 times and every time it showed azoospermia. Few days ago I tried to have sex with a women but unable to do it as I ejaculated prematurely while kissing. I tried 4-5 times but did not get erection. Next day also I tried but ejaculated prematurely .whenever I kiss her within few seconds I get feelings of ejaculation. It is too embarrassing for me. Can you please tell me any medicine which can help me temporarily to have sex with her for satisfactory duration?
