1) usually once baby switches to top milk very difficult to bring back to breast feeding and that is why it is insisted to continue inspite of pain of stitches.
2) only way is trying to take baby to breast often and pray.

No need of any formula milk. Have good nutrition esp pro galactagogue foods n fruits. For the time being use sufficient (more than normal intake) jeera (cumin seeds) in food additionally by putting into roti, curd or straight with water etc. See milk coming to breast. For improving breast milk nutrition quality some specific herbs are described in ayurveda which are selected according to body prakruti of mother. Pl eat zeera (cumin) in any mode - be it in roti or direct about 1 teaspoon daily once or twice. If it doesn’t help or you require additional flow there are some other herbs or combos of herbs if needed. First start zeera seeds. You may talk anytime by booking consultation slot.

Why no breast feeding? If breast milk is not enough, you may use few herbs with food to enhance lactation. Cb lin is used to treat medical problems such as galactorrhoea due to abnormally high level of prolactin. It is also used to stops breast milk production. Its not good for you also to stop normal secretion of milk required naturally for child who ll suffer whole life. Give milk to child. In the present scenario you should supplement the feeds with formula milk of another brand. Your anxiety is justified but what more can you do... you are trying everything possible. My suggestion is to keep trying all possible methods available but give the baby enough milk to satiate his hunger. Slowly your supply should increase and then he can be on breast milk. Also massage your breasts and apply heat to both breasts before feeding. All the best.

Hello welcome to Lybrate.com .breast milk if less, you should drink enough water and milk and you can continue lactate tablet till you need, and after 6 months you should start top feed and liquid diet like dal and rice water etc.
