Hi, during lactation mother nutrition should be healthy and balance, sometimes if mother nutrition is insufficient than it affect feed level. You need to take extra care of your meal to get sufficient milk for your baby. You can get your constitution check and addd food stuff accordingly, as excess heat level also a biggest obstruction for this. Yes it is safe. Especially important to take it during first six months post delivery while breastfeeding.

If the baby cries after breastfeeding he may have colic pain and colic aid drops can be given when he needs. Each baby feeds until he feels full and you can take this as the time to feed and stop feeding. You have to burp him during and after feeding and if you have more doubts you can consult me privately.

Get your thyroid profile, cbc, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab.
