In some studies there were no significant correlations between free or total bpa concentrations in mothers’ breast milk. Phenols and parabens show some evidence for endocrine disruption in laboratory animals.

Home remedies for increase breast milk is to take a lot of protein rich diet and milk as such we also have garlic and dry fish if in case of non vegetarian diet.

Yes lactare can be used. Also drink lots of water and take Fenugreek and fennel in your diet and put baby to breast frequently.
