Good nutrition, adequate sleep ,relaxed mind. That's all we can do. Many a times lactation stays suboptimal, whichever medicine you use. Talk to pediatrician and give top milk to baby.

If baby is growing weight as per the standards, breastfeeding is sufficient. Let the paediatrician judge that. And for increasing breastmilk, take a healthy diet, good amount of water, and good sleep. If still supply doesn’t increase you should consult gynaecologist for medical advice.

Yes you can take lactare tablet. Eat healthy, drink lots of water, bond with baby, get as much rest and sleep as possible, feed on demand
