Loss of smell and taste is very common in any viral illness (covid especially)
if such symptoms have come then it means you had very mild infection.
Talking about the duration of loss of smell,
it can last upto 4-6 weeks.
There is no need of taking any medication and steroids will not help.
Maintain hydration and continue yoga,
you will be fine.
