The tear ( perineal tears ) can happen if the baby's head is too large for the vagina to stretch . This difficulty usually happens in first pregnancy but not in all cases. The doctors sometimes choose to give an episiotomy if it gets very difficult for the head to come out taking all the precautions.

Surgery should be done. This is done to avoid degenerative effects on your knee ,
usually patients with ACL rupture have osteoarthritis - after 10 yrs of acl rupture.
osteoartritis of the knee at an early age also will require a major surgery ,
so to avoid that - you should regain strength of your knee by doing an ACl ligament reconstruction and protect your knee from osteoarthritis.
Hope this answers your query.

Could be because of many reasons but commonly it is due to allergy or infection. You need to visit eye specialist to differentiate between the two as the treatment is different. Also get your eyes checked for any glass power.

Eyes irritate due to exposure to uv rays ie. Sunlight or may continuous use of computer, that cannot be avoided. Tears flow due to this irritation. So while going out and using computers wear antiglare spectacles. When the irritation starts wash your eyes with chilled water 2 to3 times or apply handkerchief soaked in chilled water over the closed eyes and rest for 5 mins. Irritation will reduce almost.
