ACL tear can be cured by physiotherapy but as you said it's complete tear than you have to go for surgery for repairing. And simultaneously pre and post operative physiotherapy is must to avoid any restricted movement and deformity. Kindly go for MRI to rule out the grade of tear so that once the grade is confirmed we can make sure whether tear can be cured by physio or not.

Take frequent breaks while studying and dip a handkerchief in cold water and keep it over closed eyes for 2 minutes during breaks, you will feel better. Also get your eyes checked for any spectacle number.

Hello
this happens due to dryness and it is very common.
On dryness, corneal nerves send signal to brain and brain send signal to lacrimal gland to produce water to wet the cornea
this is natural phenomenon.
