For dry eye you will need to use tear supplementation regularly and to avoid dust. Also you have to be careful and avoid air for ac's and fans to hit your eyes directly. Take adequate amount of omega 3 supplementation (fish liver oil / flax seeds). Dry eye at this age could be an indicator to some other disease. It is better you get yourself evaluated in detail by a good ophthalmologist.

If they are minute, blade like cuts, they maybe due to a yeast infection. Get tested for blood sugar levels. If you are using antibiotics, wife using contraceptive pills -they may also cause this condition. Whatever, its a minor problem. Get checked by any physician near you.

c. keep hands clean

b. lubricating eyedrop
c. antibiotic ointment at night

Hello,

You can but they are not 100 percent hygienic.
They can split your hymen and can invited chances of getting frequent vaginal infections. There are also not very comfortable.

Yes, in a vaginal delivery, sometimes a gynaecologist gives a clean cut in the perineum of the lady during delivery of head of the baby. This is called episiotomy. Otherwise also it is common to have tears during delivery of the baby which need to be repaired.

You have something called as computer vision syndrome.
So take frequent breaks while you are working
every 20-25 mins take break to look away from screen
blink more frequently'
level of screen should be below the level of eyes
ac should not blow directly on your face. Also get your eyes checked for any spectacle power.
