Your expected date of delivery is 11th Oct. Wait till then. You may or may not get pain. If you get labour pains, it will start from the back and start radiating towards abdomen. You do get cramps sometimes in later months of pregnancy and whether it turns to labour can be only assessed either by the medical attendant who examined it or by the patient herself if discharge and cramps continue then it may proceed to labour.
