Dear lybrate-user, You may be having a spine problem. A lateral / forward/backward bending of the spine (scoliosis / kyphosis/lordosis) due to the pathology underlying may cause symptoms as you mentioned.
Please attend an Orthopaedic Surgeon, he may refer you to a Neurologist if required.

I feel as per your text, you may have scoliosis or kyphosis. If it's affecting too much you have to consult with orthopedic whether surgery is needed or not. Otherwise pain physician can help you with interventional pain therapy.
