Symptoms Of Asthma
Coughing especially at night, during exercise
Sneezing, running nose, sore throat,
Shortness of Breath, sleeping trouble
Tightness of chest
Wheezing in chest (whistling sound in chest while breathing)
Treatment
1.You have ton do steam Inhalation 2-3 times daily
2.Take Viscodyne LS syrup 2 Tsf thrice daily
3.You have to take antibiotic, use inhaler and do nebulisation along with it if required

3. Avoid processed and junk foods.
4. Start exercising. Both body weight exercises like push ups, pull ups, squats and weight training in the gym is helpful.
