If there is a confirmed fungal infection I will suggest you to apply zole ointment at night after a thorough wash of the lesion and apply candid powder in morning and follow up after two weeks

NO. It is not even a tranmissable disease.
Diabetes (sugar, hypertension are non communicable disease. They occur beause of sedantry lifestyle, junk foods, lack of excercise.

That symptom may not indicate any disease but it's good to notice it. All you have to do is revisit your overall habits, and try to curb the tendency to eat frequently. Adapt a healthy lifestyle which means eating most of the times only homemade food with a lot of seasonal fruits and vegetables (as they have less calories and yet filled with lot of nutrients and fibres!) while restricting outside food.
