I have constipation for 5-6 days. On 7-8 th day I have loose motion 1-2 times. This is continuing since 2-3 months. Undergoing ultrasound test of abdomen and lft, the following problems are detected. Hepatomegaly with grade-iii fatty infiltration. Sgpt (alt)-77 I am vegetarian with low intake of carbohydrates. Never consume alcohol. Have undergone surgery for fibrous dysplasia in right heap bone in 2020. Hence unable to make exercises of walking etc due to pain in right leg. Please guide how to overcome this problem.

Enterogermina respule orally three times a day for three days.
Oz tab two times a day after food for five days.
Udiliv 300 two times a day after food for two months.
Liv52 one at night for two months.
Diet to be changed light with least oil n spicy.
Beetroot is very effective. So add in diet.
Use of citrus fruits.
Plenty of liquid.
Yet consultation with superspeialist like gastroenterologist advisable.

I'm 31 years old. When I was in my early 20s I had an abnormal pap with cervical dysplasia and had to have a cone biopsy to get it removed but I never followed through with a follow up. I also have pcos and a history of irregular periods. My periods used to be 3 to 5 days sometimes every month and sometimes every 3 months. Now they are 9 to 15 days, really heavy and still every 1 to 3 months apart. My last 2 were 15 days long and 3 weeks between the 2. I have cramping and dull achy pain in my lower abdomen some times. Is this something that needs immediate medical attention? I can not get insurance through my employer until the 1st of january. Open enrollment is in october.

Hi, I suffer from incomplete bowel movements and discomfort in left abdomen and left chest tightness and shortness of breath and doctor advised me to take colonoscopy and endoscopy test and the result is anal fissure and h pylori positive. Below results are chronic gastritis activity - mild chronic inflammation - mild h.pylori - detected atrophy - absent dysplasia - absent intestinal metaplasia - absent and I have vitamin d and vitamin b12 difference and I also gained 10 kgs over a year doctor gave me amoxicillin 500 mg, levofloxacin 500 mg, nexpro 40 mg for 14 days. Now i'm in 14th day of treatment but I still have all symptoms. Is it possible to completely eradicate h.pylori bacteria? How long does it take to eradicate symptoms? Thanks.

Hi the treatment advised by your doctor is sufficient for h.pylori eradication and to subside your gastritis symptoms. All you have to do is if you are using any pain killers or steroids please inform it to your doctor in your next visit as they can cause chronic gastritis and they need to be stopped.

Lower alveolus: multiple grey white soft tissue bit altogether measuring 0.7 x 0.5x 0.2 cm. 001-002, (ntl). Microscopic examination & opinion: 001. Left chest biopsy: section show superficial biopsy comprising of acanthosis squamous mucosa devoid of any significant dysplasia. 002. Lower alveolus: section show acanthosis squamous mucosa with underlying stroma showing chronic inflammation. No evidence of any dysplasia/malignancy. I want to know is this cancer.

The biopsy report does not say it is cancer. But sometimes if the clinical findings are very suspicious then surgical wide excision may be advised irrespective of the biopsy. Many times we get cancer or precancer in such excisions.
Also do stop habits like tobacco, supari or alcohol if any.

Feeling weakness is indication abnormal bone growth in growing puppies. It better you should get him complete check from vet. Hip dysplasia is very common problem in labs.

Clinical details: right vc growth specimen: excision biopsy gross examination: received single tiny soft tissue bit measuring 0.2x0.1x0. 1 cm. 1 block microscopy: shows compressed stratified squamous lining epithelium. Squamous cell hyperplasia seen at one end having hyperkeratosis, porokeratosis and elongated rete ridges. Subepithelial area is oedematous with dilated congested blood vessels. Mild reactive changes seen in lining epithelium at one end. Impression: squamous cell hyperplasia is it related with cancer? Please advise.

Dear Sir/Madam, I had suffered from hepatitis ‘E’ along with leptospirosis infection in the year 2011. Post recovery I was feeling very weak along-with very much weakness in the body. As the passing of the time I usually felt good and my weight has also been increased. Doctor told to make to take everything in the diet. But from the last 3-4 years I am experiencing lots of changes in my body like poor digestion, excessive gas, bloating, indigestion, loose stool with mucus, 5-6 times visiting the toilet, fatigue,lethargy, weakness in the body, irritability,fear, nervousness,easily stressed out. Not able to get sound sleep at nights. I got a very weak immune system also. Visited lots of doctors here in Mumbai. Some doctors says I got physiological problems. Some says I have gastritis, some says I have IBS, some says that I must be having amoebiasis or H.Pylori infections. Some says that there is inflammation in the intestines and my intestines are weak. I am not getting proper solution to my problem. At times I am feeling very much depressed. I do not know what to do. I am feeling hopeless. I do not know what had happened to my body. Further, below are the test performed in order to rule out. OGD SCOPY + is can + biopsy PERFORMED OGD Scopy was considered to evaluate exact etiology of patients symptoms of Upper G.I.Tract. OGD Scopy revealed mild lax cardia with frank reflux. Stomach showed erosive gastritis with atrophic antral mucosa. Erosions were seen in the fundus and antrum. Chronic duodenitis was seen in the duodenal bulb and proximal duodenum. Biopsy was taken from antrum for H.Pylori. Comments: Endoscopic findings are suggestive of mild GERD with erosive gastritis with atrophic antral mucosa and chronic duodenitis. Patient will require dietary and lifestyle modifications apart from supportive medication for the same. Patient will require clinical follow up after 1 month. Biopsy confirmed for H.Pylori. ILEO-COLONOSCOPY+ is can+POLYPECTOMY PERFORMED Ileo-Colonoscopy was considered to evaluate exact etiology for patients complaints of 3-4 semi solids with blood streak stools. Adequate bowel preparation was done. Scope was passed up to terminal ileum, which essentially appeared normal. Multiple biopsies were taken from colon and sent for HPE. Left sided colon appeared spastic. Erosive proctitis was seen in rectum. 2 polyps were noted on the stapled line on previously done hemorrhoidectomy which was sent for histopathology. Comments: Ileo-colonoscopy findings are suggestive of irritable spastic left bowel with erosive proctitis and 2 polyps at the stapled line which can explain patients symptoms of blood streak stools. Biopsy material may provide additional information for further management. Patient will require reassurance apart from supportive medical care. Patient will require clinical follow up after 1 month. HISTOLOGY REPORT Specimen:1.Biopsies from the colon 2. Polyp from the rectum Gross:1. Three tiny bits aggregate to 0.4 cm. 2. Few polypoid grayish bits aggregate to 0.4 cm. Microscopic: 1. The colonic mucosa reveals orderly tubules. The lamina propria contains a mononuclear inflammatory infiltrate admixed with eosinophil and a focal lymphoid aggregate. 2. The polypoid bits are focally covered by a colonic mucosa. The lamina propria shows congested blood vessels and a moderate mononuclear inflammatory infiltrate admixed with neutrophil few eosinophil. No adenomatous change is seen. There is no evidence of dysplasia or malignancy. Diagnosis.1. COLON – MILD colitis 2. RECTUM – INFLAMMATORY POLYP.
