Yes, lukoplakia can be removed surgically. But, lukoplakia is a precancerous condition & despite stopping tobacco use & multivitamins, you will always have slightly high risk of developing oral cancer As such there is no timeline for lukoplakia to disappear. But keep using multivitamins, I'll advocate tab zincovit as multivitamin of choice for you
