but if avoid replacment by some mean than counslt to physiotherpist for regular treatment
avoid knee bending .ground sitting .stair climbing
use knee cap or stabilizer during walk
apply hot pack n analgesic cream.

• Avoid sitting Cross legged.
• Avoid Squatting-
• Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day. This will help relieve some pain.
• Core Strengthening Exercise- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.

Take Rest.
Don't Panic.
Do contrast bath Regularly twice a day starting with Hot water and Ending with cold water.
Use a knee cap while you're walking.
Avoid cross sitting on the floor.
Do stretches and exercises for your Calf muscle and Hams.
Elevate your right leg a little higher when You're lying on your back.
