most probably left knee was more accurate or fit in comparison of Rt knee before operation.
do not worry regarding your issue.
this is some time common.
take cold pack twice or thrice daily.
ask your physio to stretch left one more precisely.
it will take some time more.
can take pain killer too.
if there is no discharge or pus like thing in lt knee ...do not take tension.

There are no of conditions responsible for final outcome of knee replacement-
1- Muscular strength of legs before surgery
2- Clinical condition of joint
