most probably left knee was more accurate or fit in comparison of Rt knee before operation.
do not worry regarding your issue.
this is some time common.
take cold pack twice or thrice daily.
ask your physio to stretch left one more precisely.
it will take some time more.
can take pain killer too.
if there is no discharge or pus like thing in lt knee ...do not take tension.

Dear sir, you have to consult orthopedic dr, he'll clear your queries. U may start Physiotherapy for 3 to 4 weeks. As your physio suggest n follow him.

It depends upon the condition of your joints. however, many at times Total knee replacement is not even recommended, still patients get their knee changed. Surgery should be the last option.
