Mr. lybrate-user ji your knee injury is may be ligament pulled or break So if seen swelling at whole knee first do cool pack on whole around knee about 15 min. Then any pain gel aplied and then crape bandage used for immobilized tightly with some pain killers medicine or you can go to any physiotherapy center.

Hi this is we called as the replacement of the skin to fibrous tissues do not worry this is very common issue .well use bio oil and do daily lightly massage over it to make flexiblity in fibrous rigde tissue.

If you have problem in your legs then it might be due to ligament laxity where your legs would become very weak due to the old ligament injury and that should be treated immediately. Wear knee cap so that you will feel firm while walking or climbing stairs.

•Quadriceps Exercises- Lie straight, make a towel role and put it under the knee, press the keen against the role, hold it for 20 secs. Repeat 20 times twice a day.
