U have ligament injury along with meniscal tear. Complete rest knee joint- knee brace.
Apply ice fermentation.
Mild calf muscle stretch. Partial weight bearing walk. When you sit or lie elevate your leg. Avoid floor sitting.
Avoid long standing, walking.
