Dear gaurav it's nice of you and all such young lads like you joining the forces bt what you need to understand is these forces have set medical std which cannot be changed bt there are certain exercises which you can try bt if a sure shot case of surgery is needed you cannot avoid that hope your doubt is being cleared don't lose hope everybody has one or the other special talent which one can hone if one is not working try other things n have a great future ahead !

Improve pain together with nsaid’s (2-6 weeks)
cryotherapy (only in first 48 hours)
massage
improve circulation (to control inflammation and speed up the healing process)
improve range of motion:
stretching (careful with timing, as stretching of acute injury may aggravate the tear)
crossover arm stretch: 12 seconds, 5 times a day; 5-6 days/week 4.png

Ice is probably the best treatment.
Ice will counteract the increased blood flow to the injured area.
It will reduce the swelling, redness, and warmth.
Applied soon after the injury, ice will prevent much of the inflammation from happening.

•use towel roll under the neck during supine lying.
