To control diabetes do regular exercise like swimming,skipping,yoga,push up,sit up,yoga.Avoid fast foods,junk foods,processed foods,sweetened juice.Avoid underground vegetables.pumpkin,banana.Take lots of whole fruits,vegetables.Take extra protein like egg white,fish,lean meat,cottage cheese,tofu,mushroom.Use healthy fat like olive,canola,refined vegetable oil in small amount.Drink lots of water specially before meals.Use fenugreek seeds with 1/2 glass water on an empty stomach in the morning.Ad...more

- to build your muscles you have to consume a well balanced diet with more of protein rich foods & do regular exercise
- have more of fruits, vegetables including green leafy ones, whole grains instead of refined ones, protein rich foods such as eggs, lean meats, milk and milk products, tofu, soya products, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, peas and nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews and peanuts
